Job summary USAI, an established commercial lighting manufacturer has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant/Payroll Specialist, to join our company. Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, will be responsible for processing payroll, for 200 employees. Will provide HR support for hiring, on-boarding, terminations, benefits and compliance. Requirements: Min of 2 - 3 years specific payroll and human resources background. Superior verbal and written correspondence abilities. Proficient in Word, Ms excel, and MS Outlook. Paychex, or similar payroll processing software a plus. Strong people skills. Expertise to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Expertise to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Acute attention to detail. Strong management expertise; expertise to manage priorities and workflow.
