Office clerk/secretary/accounting - (Rancho Cucamonga, CA)

Position description This is a family owned business. We have been in business for eighteen years. We are looking for an office clerk. Duties include but are not limited to: ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, answering phones,develop and maintain filing system, data processing, faxing, message delivery, running errands, sorting incoming mail , maintaining meeting minutes, Maintain effective records, maintaining files, proofread and edit documents, compile data and prepare reports, conduct internet searches to find needed info, maintain updated contact details for company employees, suppliers, and customers; keep such details confidential, operate and maintain standard office equipment, use a computer for on-line communication, spreadsheets, ms word processing, database management, use quickbooks to invoice and input bank transactions,use ultra to input employee hours, process guard cards on-line, help with corporate taxes, and daily reconciliation.
