Job details United States Steel Corporation is seeking a Reliability Engineering Consultant at our Mt. Iron, MN facility . This key role serves as the lead in driving the acceleration of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) within the organization. The Consultant will employ a systematic approach and methodology to drive the RCM efforts and will work across all corporate, functional, and operational disciplines to ensure sustainable long term business improvements. Equally key to the success of the RCM efforts is ensuring processes, systems, people, and leadership are aligned to deliver clear operating principles that guide behavior and achieve results. Responsibilities: • Establish a road-map for the adoption of Reliability Centered Maintenance initiatives. • Provide direction and leadership to the local leadership and employees within the organization on Reliability Centered Maintenance plan. • Lead the organization towards achieving the metrics associated with the annual operating plan.
