Position summary Beaver County HomeMakers is currently setting up interviews for their Supervisor of Care. The Supervisor of Care is responsible for every aspect of the daily operations of their assigned office. This includes conducting initial consumer meetings, scheduling a qualified and suitable aide with a consumer, hiring employees (office staff and aides), handling complaints, ensuring the office is compliant with all regulations and laws, ensuring all files within the office are complete and compliant, marketing the company within the community, upholding company policies and holding all employees accountable for their actions verbally and in writing. This is a fast-paced, challenging position that requires attention to detail, organization, communication abilities, a firm but fair leader, flexibility and a quick learner. Not everyone is successful in a position of such responsibility and demand, but for the right individual can be extremely rewarding.
