Job DescriptionBruce Williams Homes is a Custom Home Builder in the Manatee-Sarasota market. We specialize in residential construction and remodeling as well as light commercial construction and renovation. We have been doing so since 1969.We are seeking to hire a full-time Estimator/Purchasing Agent with an extensive experience in fine custom homes with strong people skills. Someone who enjoys working with Clients and is detail oriented yet capable of handling multiple projects. Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to: -Strong Technical skills (Microsoft excel, Estimating systems, E-mail) -Full Take Offs on new custom home designs and base plans -Bid Process management -Trade Partner pricing management -Pricing Forecast -Structural and Finish Take Offs
