Job details Service Technician with EPA Universal Cert. Full time w/ OT possible Career Opportunity Room to grow Monday Thru Friday 7:00am-3:30pm $22-25 Per hour Currently seeking a Field Service Technician with any of the following skills; handyman, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic framing, or carpentry skills to join a team with 1 of the world's largest modular building companies with over 250 locations. A experience in remodeling, building maintenance, carpentry, and/or construction is necessary skills such as basic plumbing and electrical work are a huge plus Responsibilities: ·HVAC Troubleshooting and installation · Perform refurbishment from top to bottom, including floors, walls, framing, window cleaning. · Remodeling; flooring, ceiling, walls etc. · Inspect/replace framework · Tile prep and installation · Install structures and fixtures, such as windows. ·Maintain a safe working environment and practice safe work habits per company policies.
