Driver/Service Technician - Fulltime - (Peoria, IL)

Job details Job Summary: The Driver/Service Technician uses sales, service and educational skills to ensure safe delivery, setup and use of equipment and maintains the quality provider image for the company in the community. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas: Complies with all applicable company policies and procedures. Develops and maintains current understanding of current HME products and services and all applicable governmental regulations. Manages his/her territory to reach service goals and delivery of equipment and oxygen, as required, in accordance with industry standards and applicable governmental regulations including US Department of Transportation (DOT) and US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines. Educates customers in proper use and care of respiratory and HME equipment in a home setting. Completes written client visit reports, following setup and follow-up visits, as required.
