Job details Responsible for the day-to-day support of individuals in their daily routines and choices of activities both at home and in the community. This includes but is not limited to the following: Promotes and implements the agency and DDS mission in the areas of choice, community integration and participation, status, relationships and competency for all individuals supported Understands and promotes the implementation of individualized supports Maintains a personal yet professional relationship with individuals, co-workers, family members and employees of outside agencies. Respects the rights of each individual to privacy and confidentiality Promotes choice and independence in all life areas; provides assistance only when requested or necessary.
