Position summary Manager for Micro Lab Must show expertise to train and cross-train staff, organize and schedule lab work. Product Testing as Per USP monographs such as environmental monitoring, sterility, yeast and mold counts, LAL, prepare media, inoculate plates, preservative challenge testing, etc. We are planning to increase staff so strong training skills are required as well, 4yr degree required in microbiology. six to eight years Min Work history in micro testing required.
