Quality Control Technician - (Huntington, WV)

Position overview Quality Assurance Technician The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for assisting Operators, Supervisors, and the Quality Manager in all areas of Quality Control internal and external to the Company and any tasks directed by the Quality Manager. This employee will proactively assist to prevent and resolve any production and plant quality issues. • Assist with Company compliance with Company Quality Manual. • Provide regular updates to Quality Manager. • Assist to improve methods, enforce process and procedures, and provide individual feedback to the associate base. • Participate in and conduct internal and external audit preparation and follow-up. • Assist to develop, implement and improve in-house audit processes. • Assist in management of the gage calibration program. • Assist in developing and implementing in-house training program. • Work with ISO recertification agency. • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
