Quality Manager - (Eagle Pass, TX)

Job summary Quality and Customer Service Manager reports to the Plant Manager. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards within the Eagle Pass Plant. The Quality Manager will further develop, implement and manage existing systems designed to drive quality behavior and discipline throughout the production process. REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the organization’s quality systems, policies, standards, procedures and strategic plans to ensure customer qualifications are met. Drive continuous improvement by maintaining QA standards relating to processes, products, and suppliers; and ensuring QA teams and employees improve the organization’s accuracy, efficiency and profitability. Ensure quality measures are met within the company's and customer’s quality standards. Collaborate on micro-biology and chemical testing processes.
