Job details JOB SUMMARY: Performs semi-complex laboratory tasks which include construction and testing of breadboard and experimental electronic devices from schematics in connection with 1 or more phases of a project under general supervision. JOB ASSIGNMENTS: 1. Constructs components and subassemblies of experimental electronic devices from schematics, sketches or verbal instructions. 2. Performs routine experimental and test procedures of moderate complexity, using standard electrical and electronic test equipment. Record all observed results. 3. Capable to do set-ups and Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment, making simple repairs as required. 4. Performs routine analysis to check accuracy, applicability and reasonableness of data. 5. May participate in field assignment assisting higher level technicians or engineers. 6. Perform testing on a module level, passive and active.
