Drafting Training Manager - (Coppell, TX)

Job summary Drafting Training Manager - Outside Plant Engineer Job details: The individual in this position is responsible for training individuals in the production of Outside Plant (OSP) CAD work plans, and associated work package documents in coordination with other engineering department personnel. Qualified individuals should be Engineering and CAD (OPTI) experienced in drafting buried, aerial, and underground telecommunications cable systems and associated OSP supporting structures, or should have related CAD drafting or outside plant background. Applicants must have the expertise to meet or exceed business unit goals while maintaining quality standards, controlling expenses, and following company and business unit directives and practices. Applicants with related background and training background will be considered. The Drafting Training Manager must work from our Paragould office and be able to travel to other GW locations to conduct training sessions with GW Employees in other locations as needed.
