Position overview The Worldgate Training Coordinator works closely with our client and their leadership team to plan and coordinate IT systems training for employees within the entire organization. The training coordinator is a leader who will proactively coordinate and manage training plans, programs, and events which educate the organizational staff on the use of a new ERP system. Seeking highly organized, proactive communicators with background and/or education in training coordination, event planning, technical writing, and IT systems. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and organize in-person and electronic training sessions and events for systems training Collaborate with organizational executives to align training strategies and training qualifications Work together with project and change managers to schedule meeting rooms and coordinate classroom trainings Manage communication plans for training and implement systems for tracking training attendance and feedback Maintain and edit complex IT training
