Lunchtime Solutions, Inc., a growing food service management company, is seeking a qualified Area Director (Operations) to oversee all assigned LSI school food service operations in Eastern Nebraska and in Northern Missouri. The Area Director ensures leadership and support in operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee relations and customer satisfaction and success, while directly overseeing assigned Food Service Directors.
