Corporate recruiter - (Allentown, PA)

Our Recruiting Specialist is a critical part of Ideal Concepts' ambitious expansion plans. Currently we have over 2,500 contracted insurance sales agents but are working to significantly grow our in-house staff and captive agent base. We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team in marketing for and attaining the top talent for our insurance broker positions and a variety of in-house corporate positions. This is an on-site position. Remote applicants will not be considered. The qualified applicant would utilize applicant tracking systems to monitor and record recruiting activities, manage job boards and job postings, determine eligibility of applicants, and implement multiple active recruiting systems. This individual will be tasked with utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and networks to grow a diverse pipeline of applicants, while identifying process improvements to enhance the recruiting process.
