Human Resources Analyst - Compensation - (El Paso, TX)
Job Description Job summary Reporting to the Director, the Sr. Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of various compensation programs and processes, including but not limited to base pay administration, annual incentive plans, longterm incentives, job evaluations, market pricing, survey submission, and merit processing. Assists in the development and delivery of pay plan initiatives and processes by implementing and supporting compensation programs, to ensure alignment across the organization. Researches, compiles and analyzes salary market data to identify industry trends. Additionally, the Sr. Compensation Analyst will participate in projects in support of strategic objectives and reward initiatives, partnering with management and Human Resource Team to achieve results. Maintains effective working relationships with internal partners and HR Team.
