Job overview We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team You will perform activities from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. You will contact real estate agents to communicate the benefits of joining our team; articulate value proposition, and pay packages when appropriate. Responsibilities: · Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees · Help on-board new employees · Implement company culture, values and policies · Provide management with requested reports and documents · Utilize social media, email, phone, and in-person conversation skills to find, connect with and recruits · Follow, and implement effective recruiting strategies, protocols and procedures · Cold Calls, Emails and Follow-Ups · Use different technology to target agents to contact as well as build relationships Requirements: · Previous background in recruiting or relationship sales · Expertise to build rapport · Have a consistently positive attitude · Must have a strong work ethic · Must love forming
