It application support analyst (tier 1 and tier 2) - (Jackson, MS)
The Application Support Analyst holds the principal responsibility for application end-user support (Tier one and Tier 2) and will serve as the 1st line of defense for the Solution Services team. This position will assist with file generating and uploading as needed, in addition to form creation and maintenance. In this role, the Application Support Analyst must demonstrate leadership in working with program and administrative staff to achieve aforementioned goals, be successful in fostering teamwork, and demonstrate commitment to the ongoing pursuit of excellence in IT service quality. Responsibilities: Bachelor s Degree in behavioral health or social services and/or the details technology field related position with a min of at least 5 (5) years background or Masters Degree with a min of at least 3 (3) years background in behavioral health or social services related position and/or the info technology field performing administrative, technical support, application support, data collection
