Telecom Supervisor As part of the Telecom Operations department, the Telecom Supervisor manages a team of Telecom technicians. Supervisor duties include coaching, performing QA, assisting technicians, coordinating work, and participating in cross-functional project or process improvement teams. Resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer service. The primary goal is to guide the Telecom Technicians in achieving outstanding customer experience, high quality work, and maximizing technician throughput.
