Village of Belle Terre Is looking for a dependable Handyman to join our team. Responsibilities • Part time/flexible scheduling with short notice in case of emergency • Perform routine building maintenance, including minor carpentry work and replacing light bulbs ,etc.as needed • Minor plumbing repairs • Ensure the Village is kept neat and clean • Clear storm drains • Cut downed tree branches as needed • Install and repair street or traffic signs Qualifications: • Expertise to evaluate and complete building and outdoor repairs as needed • Expertise to use small machinery, including a chainsaw and weed-wacker • Clean and valid driver's license • Excellent references
