General Laborer - 2nd shift - (Northumberland, PA)

Position summary Starting rate - $15.42 This position is responsible for assembling the doors with the proper skins, stiles, rails and necessary blockings per product specifications. This is a position that requires a lot of attention to detail. Responsibilities · Assemble doors with skins, stiles, rails and necessary blockings per product specifications and ensuring proper component placement · Know proper consistency and application of glue · Place cull board onto lift table · Coordinates height of scissor lift table with transfer cart · Stages stacks on conveyor to be placed in glue press · Requires proper handling of components to reduce/eliminate glue to face of skin · Preform visual quality checks and comprehends build construction specifications · Constant communication within department · Follow safety and process procedures · Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management Min Requirements and Background · Education: High-school diploma or GED required · Background: 1-2yrs of assembly
