Marketing Manager - (Hawthorne, CA)

Position overview We are seeking a Marketing Manager to work out of our Corporate Headquarters in Hawthorne, CA . The Marketing Manager will maintain, develop and execute marketing strategies for EagleRider. This hands-on leader will manage content creation and distribution across traditional and digital marketing channels to increase revenue and grow the EagleRider brand while providing leadership and direction to the marketing team. Duties and responsibilities: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that supports the overall brand strategy, leading to increased customer engagement, traffic, channel growth, customer acquisition, referral, loyalty, and revenue. Develop, manage and maintain marketing budgets focused on ROI. Develop and manage the EagleRider content plan and oversee the distribution of contents across marketing channels. Develop, manage and maintain marketing calendars covering all marketing activities across EagleRider and its affiliates and partners.
