Completes repairs as needed or requested. Inspects mechanical lifts monthly. Repair lifts as necessary according to manufacturer's instructions. Keeps various work and storage rooms, garage/ shed, tools and supplies organized and clean. Keeps garbage removed from building. Paints, patches or repairs all interior surfaces. Paints and maintains all exterior building surfaces and window frames. Maintains lawn and exterior plantings. Maintains furniture, lighting, flags, and signs.
