Kiwanis Youth Programs Development Specialist - (Indianapolis, IN)

The Program Development team's core purpose and responsibility is to increase Kiwanis Youth Programs/Service Leadership Programs (KYP/SLP) market penetration and expand their membership bases, primarily with Key Club International, while delivering and supporting high quality existing programs. This position shares responsibilities within the team and works with teammates in executing strategic growth initiatives. This position will be responsible for and provide oversight of 1 or more KYP/SLP program lines. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS: Development Collaborate closely with the Program Development Manager to achieve lead generation, market penetration, and growth targets by implementing strategies and executing work plans. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and manage the entire sales cycle. Develop new business opportunities with both existing and new audiences and markets. Gather details and data on assigned audiences and markets. Resolve customer service issues.
