Job overview Opportunity to acquire background in the chemical dependency field providing services to persons adversely affected by chemical abuse or dependency in a residential setting. The current shift(s) we have open are: Tuesday Midnight – 8AM (rotating every other week 7PM – 8AM), Saturday & Sunday 8AM – 4PM Thursday 4PM – Midnight, Friday Midnight – 8AM, Saturday 4PM – 8PM, Sunday 4PM – 8PM Friday, Saturday, & Sunday - Midnight - 8AM, Monday 7PM - 12PM Essential Job Functions Maintain a safe environment Ensure the welfare of the clients Meet with staff at change of shift to get direction for the shift. Engage residents in the use of Independent Living Skill activities. Supervise residents in chores and responsibilities. Supervise residents in meal prep, at meals, and at cleanup. Utilize program consumables and supplies cost effectively Safeguard and monitor all residents’ medication and valuables at the direction of the counseling staff. Transport residents as needed.
