CAD Designer II - (Wilmington, NC)

We are seeking a highly motivated CAD Designer II to join our team in our Land Development Department in our Raleigh, Wilmington, or Hillsborough offices. Responsibilities: Manages and maintains our Department CAD standards and file system Assists in preparing plan sets for storm drainage, sanitary sewer mains, stormwater control facilities, pressure networks, mass and fine grading, sediment and erosion control, and roadways Coordinates drawing sets for multi-disciplinary design teams Assists in creating road alignments, lots, pipe networks, surfaces and profiles in Civil3D Works on multiple project tasks prioritizing responsibilities Completes drawing/project responsibilities within scope and budget Manages deadlines for on-time submittals to maintain the overall project's schedule Enhances final plan sets with exceptional attention to details Actively assists in the Quality Control throughout the project Organizes project-related files per our department policies and procedures
