Someone that is on time, able to multi task, complete tasks, and meet deadlines. Highly Detailed and Organized!!!!!!!!! DUTIES Any duties assigned to assist office manager. Answering calls and properly taking messages. Labeling and Separating faxes Filing Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Able to be trustworthy to lock-up and tidy up before retiring for the night. REQUIREMENTS Must know Ms excel Quickbooks (Preferred) 55 wpm Needs to be highly accurate when entering data Has excellant interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
