Project Architect/Designer - (Milwaukee, WI)

The perfect applicant will have 3 to 5yrs of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and background. If you are a motivated, hardworking, and goal-oriented individual, we want you Summary: Generates project details, designs conceptual solutions, and reviews construction document production by performing the following duties. Duties and Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reviews due diligence material, including surveys, soils reports and environmental reports. Develops building programs. Creates conceptual and schematic designs. Develops preliminary schedule for planning and zoning approvals. Presents preliminary plans to owner with project team. Attends owner meetings with project architect to review plan development. Attends plan commission meetings. Develops design summary checklists. Develops presentation material.
