Job overview Drafter Our firm is looking for an experienced Drafter to prepare accurate and detailed drawings for routine drafting projects, such as the drawings of structures and equipment systems derived from layouts and sketches. Overview: Drafter must follow established technical specifications to prepare drawings and will consult with engineers regarding model accuracy, design, and drafting standards Applicant will use custom vendor programs to assist sales and project management in design, pricing and material listing of required equipment Travel to job sites by various modes of transportation may be required to perform site survey with an engineer Requirements, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrate appropriate level of decision making in the layout and design function Possess excellent verbal and written correspondence abilities Expertise to maintain a good working relationship with the customers, vendors
