Drafter for Residential and commercial Buildings/Land Our company needs a draftsman for multiple residential projects. Looking for a applicant capable of taking a project from site walkthrough to as-built all the way to producing the permit-ready A-Set, including correspondence with clients in the concept phase. The CAD Drafter will prepare drawings and exhibits for design, permitting, land acquisition and operations. I have multiple new projects and am looking for assistance. Looking to fill the position immediately.
