Project Manager / Estimator - (Apple Valley, CA)

Position summary Project Manager / Estimator For Growing Pipeline / General Engineering Contractor Work will consist but not limited to the following: Plan and Implement Projects Build & Maintain Schedules ( Micro Soft Projects ) Procure, Organize, and Distribute Submittals Coordinate with Vendors & Subs to Allocate Resources Coordinate With Owner to Implement Leading Specific Crews Monitor, Document, and Report Project Progress ( Incl. Billing ) Assist Building Cost for Project Scope Changes Track & Relay Overall Progress of Project Overall I am looking for a applicant who is familiar with civil and or pipeline construction, knows computer related software ( ms excel based ) programs needed to function well, detail oriented, collaborates with teammates, works well under pressure, conflict resolution, communicates well with customers, and team mates, and wants to help organize and grow a company who is poised, and has built a foundation to construct and manage superior projects in this industry.
