Maintenance Technician - (La Crosse, WI)

Viterbo University invites applications for a Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for maintaining campus buildings and equipment by performing preventative maintenance activities including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry. This position is a 1st shift position from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Requirements: Associates Degree with five years min HVAC background, or; ten years min of demonstrated HVAC background. Broad based knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC practices and equipment required with knowledge of steam systems preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving history. Expertise to operate bobcat, forklift and other motorized equipment. Must be able to meet physical requirements of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crawling, climbing and twisting up to 8 hours per day and able to lift 100 lbs.
