Help Desk Specialist - (Greenville, SC)

Position summary OVERALL OBJECTIVE: The Help Desk Technician performs a variety of maintenance, software installation, end-user support and training to ensure end-user workstations and systems meet company and user qualifications. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides overall support for DOM360 end users to best utilize IT tools Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems Supports and maintains user account info including rights, security and systems groups Operates the DOM360 IT Helpdesk Setup computers and peripherals for use by DOM360 employees Troubleshoots and resolve computer and peripheral issues for local and remote users Troubleshoots and resolve wireless device issues Trains new users on proper usage of IT equipment and systems Projects as assigned Maintains professional working relationships with all levels of employees Promote and personally observe safety and security procedures
