Job overview Our client is seeking Claims Specialist to join their Rochester team Job qualifications Provide client support, educating the client on the unemployment claim process, process unemployment documents, perform research and ensure accurate and timely info is provided to state agencies. Communicates with clients on a daily basis to discuss claimant separation reasons.
