Position overview Entry level Bi-lingual Customer Service Needed 10am to 7pm Monday thru Friday Multilingual Skill sets - Spanish Qualifications: Looking for dependability, professional attitude Need to be able to multi-task Must have good data entry/typing skills Duties: Working in an open setting at a desk/computer. Mainly answering inbound calls, also correspondence via e-mail. Must be able to compose professional emails. We focus on quality of customer service provided to our dealers not quantity of calls made. Nothing is scripted. Must be able to think on your feet. Checking account history, balances and taking orders. Training: Training by working side by side with someone else. It can be overwhelming at 1st. Additional Details: There is potential for growth. A lot of employees have been there for 2yrs and more. Once hired perm receive additional perks. Great break room area with TELEVISION, couches, games, etc.
