Job summary Freshline Produce LLC., a premium fresh fruit and vegetable processor based in Mahwah, NJ, is seeking a talented Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist, to join its fast growing organization. This position will povide assistance to our existing customer regarding any issues and manage daily orders, set goals to grow our business by means of up selling, add-on sales and proactively recommending items needed by our customers. In addition to customers, this position will interact on a daily basis with Senior Management, Production, Quality Assurance, Warehouse and Drivers. Responsibilities: Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting info about other products and services. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
