GENERAL CLEANER (Part-Time ALL SHIFTS) - (Exton, PA)

Position overview: GENERAL CLEANER EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT: Non-Exempt EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-time SHIFT: All Shifts LOCATION: Exton, PA DEPARTMENT: Operations DESCRIPTION: Under the general direction of the site leader or supervisor, keep buildings and/or areas of buildings in clean and orderly condition with a focus on offering good customer service. Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass and removing trash. DUTIES Cleans, sweeps, dust mops, wet floor mops, cleans stairwells and corridors. Vacuum as required and needed. Cleans bathrooms and restrooms. Dusts furniture, walls, equipment and building fixtures. Gathers and empties trash. Notifies leadership of need to order material, supplies, need for major repairs or any other additions to building operating systems. Performs all other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: High-school degree or GED equivalent required. One (1) to 3 (3) years of related experience.
