Pilates Instructor - (Lakewood, CO)

Job details Pilates Reformer Instructors teach at Carmody Recreation Center for the City of Lakewood. This position is directly supervised by the Fitness Specialist and Fitness and Wellness Programs Administrator, and will assist in a variety of areas, including, but not limited to: •Instruct Pilates Reformer classes to community members. •Educate participants on proper and safe exercise form. •Enforce policies and procedures in group fitness activity areas. Execute risk management plan. •Maintain Pilates Reformer and CPR/1st Aid certifications. In need of employees for 6 am shift and to sub for other instructors when needed. Mat Pilates Instructors can teach at any of the 4 Recreation Centers for the City of Lakewood. This position is directly supervised by the Fitness Specialist and Fitness and Wellness Programs Administrator, and will assist in a variety of areas, including, but not limited to: •Instruct Mat Pilates classes to community members.
