Essential responsibilities: Expertise to grill and work around high heat Expertise to interact positively with each and every Guest and exhibit genuine hospitality Meals are served with presentation in mind and hand delivered to each waiting Guest The Guest line around the grill is managed and flow is good Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure Guest safety All dietary restrictions for our Guests are executed well Toppings counter is stocked and pointed out to Guests departing the grill Grill, adjacent area and countertops are kept clean throughout the shift Speed ensures a fast moving line and a positive Guest background Personal Qualifications: Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
