Restaurant Manager - (Williamsburg, VA)

Position description Evaluating candidates for all Management Positions - Assistant Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Assistant General Manager. On-the-job and formal training for an existing and new location in the Hampton Roads metropolitan area. Pay will be determined based on position and background. Managers should be self-motivated, goal oriented, results driven and constantly seeking to improve restaurant success. Also, they should have high attention to detail, effective leadership skills, and high-level of professionalism. Responsibilities - -Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. -Comprehend completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs including but not limited to Health Department and other applicable agencies.
