POSITION PURPOSE: Prepares, seasons, and cooks food items to be served at the various PCC dining areas and catered events. CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists Cook two and 3 with other food preparation duties. Cleans work area, equipment used and assigned storage areas. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the management. MIN REQUIREMENTS: Capable of a full range of body movement and possess good manual dexterity. In good health, and have good eye sight and a sense of smell. Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Read and communicate in English. Available to work during Christmas holiday break. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: High-school graduate or the equivalent. WORK SCHEDULE: 5:15PM - 9:00PM (19 Hours per week)
