Position details · Min of 5 to 7 years of demonstrated successful full-cycle and high-volume recruiting background – must have Sales recruiting background · Recruiting background in both an Agency and a Corporate setting, strongly preferred · Must ms excel with up to date recruiting methods and social media · Exceptional presentation, organization, project management and customer service skills · Expertise to work in a high energy environment with multiple, concurrent priorities with many needing immediate resolution · Proficiency in Taleo, or other large Candidate Tracking System · Strong Microsoft office suite, Ms word and Microsoft excel skills · Bachelor's Degree in related position
