Position description Responsibilities: Primary Purpose: Provide client training, support and technical issue resolution via remote access software tools, email, phone, and messaging software. Major Tasks and Responsibilities: ·Maintain the highest level of Customer Service while troubleshooting and configuring customer software applications. ·Communicate effectively with management, coworkers, and internal/external customers. ·Install software and train customers on proprietary Car-Part services ·Provide support and install software for shops, insurance companies and recyclers. ·Make follow up calls to inquire why customers are not using our product (iPro) and to point out benefits of iPro so they are more likely to use it. ·Contact recyclers that need to get back on-line for our RTP service.
