HVAC Lead Installer - (Winston-Salem, NC)

Job Description Position description The HVAC Lead Mechanic is responsible for leading and coordinating the installation, operation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) units and equipment. Also, this position will collaborate closely with the HVAC Manager and Sales to provide the customer with exceptional service and product satisfaction, while displaying the company’s core values. Responsibilities · Install heating, ventilation, and cooling systems, retrofit furnaces for our customer base. · Work with estimators and management to coordinate job installations as needed. · Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection forms. Vehicles should be washed on a regular basis. · Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle. · Obtain customer signature as required for warranty registration.
