Job summary Job Description: Wattco Equipment’s Inside Sales Relationship Manager position primary function is to facilitate the sales interaction between the outside Territory Managers, our clients and our Manufacturers. Duties include generating customer estimates, managing client requests, as well as ensuring each opportunity has the correct components to ensure proper productivity through the installation process. Inside Sales Relationship Manager shall have the expertise to collaborate closely with the Northern California Territory Managers as well as the Shop Manager to facilitate customer satisfaction. Additional duties include interacting with supply chain vendors to gather product application knowledge, accuracy of components to vehicle specific applications, daily/weekly updates to clients regarding the progress of their job, and general customer service skills both external and internal.
