Job Description Department: Exhaust Job Status: Full-time FLSA Status: Salary Reports to: Vice-President Positions Supervised: Exhaust Group Leader, Exhaust Production Technicians, Crew Leaders Job summary Production manager plans, coordinates, organizes, and controls production. Responsible for the efficient production to ensure the right quantity, quality, and costs are achieved. In addition to this, it is the manager’s responsibility to produce goods on time and at right price to meet the demands of the customer for quality, and delivery. The manager leads the department to meet objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the development of a superior workforce. The is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.
