Technical Assembler - (Marietta, GA)

Job summary $15/hr first shift R OLE AND R ESPONSIBILITIES Supports workplace standards for customer service excellence by the accurate and timely assembly and testing of electrical and pneumatic automated valve assemblies that meet customer specifications. Works and deals with inside sales and warehouse personnel. • Mounts actuators to valves using appropriate fittings and connections • Performs modifications to actuators such as seal and spring changes • Gathers necessary components to build assemblies-identifies and pulls specific part numbers • Mounts and calibrates accessories including limit switches, solenoids, quick exhausts, etc. • Performs operational testing on completed assemblies and documents on the Actuation Check Sheet • Participates in daily inventory cycle counts • Maintains high standards of inventory control • Supports and maintains processes and procedures as outlined in Company Quality Manual • Supports and maintains safe working practices-keeps work area neat and
