Position summary Director of Operations - Manufacturing OPERATIONS MANAGER - Manufacturing Our client is an international company with multiple locations. They are looking for and experienced Director of Operations for their growing manufacturing operation. This position will report in to the VP Manufacturing, and direct production / manufacturing related activities for this large facility: Safety Morale Schedule Attainment Budgets, Forecasts, Business Strategy Strategic / Business management of product line Continuous Improvement Scrap Reduction Operational Efficiency Kaizen / Lean / JIT Leadership, direction, and training Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree / MBA strongly preferred. Must have a min of fifteen years current background in industrial manufacturing, with a min of ten years current background at a Manager's level, supervising salaried employees (Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Business Unit Manager, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager).
