Job overview Customer Service Profiles (CSP), the Thought Leader in Customer Background Management, is hiring a motivated individual to join our Research & Development team to support all functions and projects for this department. This person will assist in completing all tactical elements associated with launching market research projects and surveys. They will also assist in the development and delivery of client materials, executive summaries and presentations. Increase internal and external customer satisfaction by efficiently and effectively completing all tactical elements associated with launching market research projects and surveys Duties include Prepare data and analyze for key drivers of customer satisfaction Cross-tab results and visualize major findings Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules Communicate with clients and vendors Sit in client or sales meetings and prepare internal meeting minutes Keep detailed project notes and assist with the preparation of project management reports.
